Guest Reservation Form

The deadline for making reservations is the Wednesday before the meeting. You will receive a confirmation of your reservation by email. The deadline for cancellations without being charged for your meal is the Thursday before the meeting by 9 pm. If you need to cancel please contact our reservations chair here.

Meetings are held at the NC State University Club at 4200 Hillsborough St, Raleigh, NC. 27606. Registration begins at 10:30 a.m., the program starts at 11:00 a.m. with lunch served directly after the program, then we usually have a short business meeting and adjourn around 1:00 p.m.

Seated catered lunches are $23.00 payable, in order of preference, by check, cash or credit card at the registration desk. Vegetarian lunches are available; however desserts are likely not vegan. Gluten Free lunches are usually a GF version of the regular lunch. An option for "No Lunch" is also available for $3.00. All options include gratuity, member-supplied dessert, iced tea, coffee, and water.
