Did you know you can add dandelion leaves to your salad, nibble on violets to ease a broken heart, or use plantain for bee stings? In fact, many of the “weeds” in your yard are edible and even medicinal! Join Clinical Herbalist Lisa Fouladbash for her talk about identifying and using some of the most common medicinal and edible weeds. We’ll also discuss the environmental and health benefits of a spray-free yard, full of bees, wild food and medicine!
