Join Wake Audubon member, Colleen Bockhahn, for a presentation on the importance of native plants for birds. Learn why native plants are essential to many birds’ survival, and why it is important to have a variety of plants and insects in your yard. From groundcovers to shrubs, vines to trees, and perennials of all types. Colleen will share information about plants that will make great additions to your yard or community space. We will also learn about plant species to avoid.
